Can the cargo organizer and the cargo net be attached at the same time? If so, is the cargo net supposed to be in front of the cargo organizer? Can we use both of them at the same time?

Yes, they can be attached at the same time. The net loses a good bit of functionality in this case, though; there's not much room to stuff things into it. Still works OK, though.

Usually I leave the cargo net in one of the cargo-organizer pockets until I have a specific need for it. For the most part I only use the cargo net in the 'horizontal' config for carrying photo-equipment cases.
