: Towing my Element behind a motorhome

Want to get hitched to my Lazy Daze. Does anyone have any preference as to which tow bar to use? Anyhow have any experience in towing the Element behind a rig??

sometime in the spring, there was some talk of using an e as a 'toad'

just search for 'toad' and you should find it

Remember the Honda recommendations for towing your E; if it's a AWD can only be towed with all 4 wheel on the gound at medium speed or on a flatbed (go to U-Haul). The reason is the RealTime 4WD pumps that can be damaged if only one axle is rotating

I'd go for the trailer

The manual gives directions on how to prepare the Element each morning for towing. I've seen several Elements attached to large RVs. An RV list may have more information on the relative merits of tow bar brands. The one used on the Element looks very much like that used for the CRV, so be sure to follow CRV leads.
