It works great on exterior pannels too!!! My dogs scratched the inside of the tailgate, so the Lexol helped dull the scratches StLouisPenguin 04-17-2003, 08:17 AM I used it for the first time last Friday and it still looks great! It took me almost a week to locate a store that sold it here in St. Louis.....but it was worth the search. kducky 04-20-2003, 11:21 AM What stores are carrying vinylex? It's not at Auto Zone or Wal-mart. Cameraman 04-20-2003, 04:35 PM Ace Hardware, Pep Boys and direct. StLouisPenguin 04-20-2003, 08:32 PM Also check your higher end car washes.....that is where I ended up finding it here in St. Louis. Einstein 04-26-2003, 07:20 PM I treated our CR-V with Vinylex back when it was new, 4 years ago. Takes away that chalky look. To my surprise, I haven't needed to treat is since... only if I clean an area do I re-treat. Yes, it smells funky. Expect to have to clean the inside of your windows for a couple weeks. After that, no issues. I just applied Vinylex to my entire Ėlement. I think it took longer to do this than a wax job would be! Looks great, and I like knowing it's going to last. | |
