OK, by popular demand, I'm adding this to the current FAQ.

Here's info on how to get the $77 XM for a year deal:

I never got the card in the mail ( I also had extended my trial period by paying for 6 months worth of service, then had it turned off for 3 months).
I called the 800 # ( you can't call the regular # 1-800-xmradio, I did and they couldn't give me $77/annual). You have to call 1-800-732-6360. They turned it on and are sending me the bill.
