Any info on how easy these folks are to deal with would be appreciated. I just ordered a 4WD 5spd Silver Element EX and we assumed an MSRP at 800 less than the auto EX 4WD, but I have the right of first refusal no matter wheat the price. It seems they are good guys, but I really want to know if anyone was able to get lower than MSRP or extras added in. Also, how is their service in general? Thanks!

Oh, and if anyone has any other dealers in SE PA, that'd be good info too!
