Greetings

For all the DIYers out there it looks like the Element is ride to have. I have ordered several Honda items from this site http://www.handa-accessories.com for very good prices. One item I am sure everyone wants is the keyless entry. Do not pay your dealer for it! The install is so easy anyone can do it. You can order it for $107 and install it in 10 minutes! Many of the E accessories are like that. Just checkout element.j's site on the keyless install http://www.ecnet.net/users/gallery/element-j/keyless.html

Enjoy!

Szacherau,

Thanks, there are a lot of handy people out there with Elements. Most deal add ons are at a big price. They pay the salesman, the workmen, and the dealership owner for everything that you buy. If you go thru parts, they have to pay them as well.

H and A is good, and there prices are good. There is also a place in CT that has honda bits and pieces.

H and A does list the instructions for all the options on their sight so if you feel comfortable working with tools, you can see what each option involves before you choose where to buy it.

Yeah its a good price but some of the accessories that you would install yourself can and will void your warranty unless installed by your Honda dealer.

Um, which "some of the accessories" and which "warranty" Matt?

Will installing keyless void the warrantee on keyless only? on anything related to keyless (like power locks)? on the drive-train? on rust-through?

thanks -

considering how simple the keyless entry install is I would be shocked it could void any thing.
