Hi All,
My name is Grey Lerner, and I'm the happy owner of shiny new 2005 Silver and Blue AWD EX. I bought it from Ron Tonkin Honda and it came with a roof rack and wheel locks.

I plan on installing a tow package so I can pull a small motorcycle trailer.

So far (a whopping couple of days) this ride is great! I'm a mechanical engineer, and former Honda owner, so I really appreciate the Element.

I live and work in SW Portland.

Welcome to the team Grey! Sounds like you've got some cool plans for your E. With all the snow coming down in the rest of the country, I think you and I are the only ones who can see green grass!!! :) Heard about (and saw on the TV) all the ice you had in Portland last week. Seattle doesn't seem to get hit that hard with ice storms like Portland, but from your picture it looks like it's all gone.

Welcome and congrats Grey! My girlfriend lives in SW PDX, so if you see a GGM E with a kayak rack setup, be sure to wave :-).

I did test the E in last week's ice. My girlfriend lives on a very steep hill, and it was totally glazed with ice. The E charged right up it! I was quite impressed.

I can't help but think that you'll wind up being tempted to add some accessories to the E, so you may as well give in now and order some things from HandA. I found all-season mats and an accessory armrest to be a good intro into the world of accessory addiction.
