Forget about the windshield... how fast was it moving when it hit or got hit on the passenger side? Practically no cabin intrusion at the "B" pillar! Love to see that considering how worried many of us were about this one area in an accident.

Looks like just the passenger airbag deployed... does this have front side airbags? Did the drivers airbag deploy?

Any other information you about the accident?

According to my owners manual the mud on the interior (as seen in the top photo) should clean right up with some water and mild soap.

More sad news about Dead Elements............ Oh poor GG E

Hopefully all of the occupants of those vehicles made it out ok. I'm quite pleased to see that the 'E' looks like it holds up well in an accident, even the rollover looked to have held together pretty well. :)

IT appears the E's roof strength is sufficient. PIty the owners of Ford Explorers

Another one for the junk pile. Send the vultures out for the parts.....Rollover held up good

Anyone else notice that the "Sad Elements" thread is like "Here's an Element that rolled...and another...and another...and another"...

Hopefully these goofballs are just bad drivers or had a stint of bad luck. My E feels like it would be difficult to rollover (compared to other SUV's)...

Oh, and I like that first picture (on the post above this) with the three crosses in the background. It's the car golgotha!

At least we know that whenit rolls, it does not cave in the roof too much....And that is a good thing, plus it still looks good !

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe most SUV rollover deaths are caused by a broken neck. Whether a roof caves in or not you still risk the chance of breaking your neck when your body (head) is slammed into the roof upon rollover. It does appear that the E is pretty sound structurally though.

You are wrong. Most deaths in roll overs are people that don't buckle up and are ejected through the window. I can post some pics like that if you want. but due to the graphic nature of the photos, i will not.

Just the fact that you have photos of other people's misfortune is graphic enough. I could see if you were some kind of insurance investigator but you're a dog walker. Sick. :-o
