Yes, that is a Rockhopper. I also own a Downhill/Freeride bike(Santa Cruz Bullit) and road bikes. The Bullit has 7 inches of suspension travel and is pretty tall, but fits right in to my E. I can carry 2 fully assembled bikes with the rear seats folded up. If I remove the seats, I easily fit 3 bikes in there. If you ride bikes, this vehicle is for you. I'm totally stoked with it. I bought my E back in 03 when they first came out, and I have no regrets!

And Yes that is an EZ Up 10 X 10 shade over the tailgate cabana. Although I do have the moonroof mosquito screen to keep it cool while sleeping, the EZ Up allows me to keep every thing open, even when raining. (as long as the local bugs arent out in force.

The EZ shade packs pretty small allright (approx 4 ft long by less than a foot in diameter. Fits easily in the Element rear.....

Love to make the Sea Otter someday. I'm goingto make a trip in 05, any suggestions? I've already done Moab, Whistler, and Bootleg Canyon...........
