Hi everyone,

Brand new E owner here - just put my 54th mile on the car tonight! I searched all 16 pages looking for some hints as to mounting a thule ski rack. I used to have the lb50 load bars and the clamps that held the ski rack to the bars fit securely on the bar. The E factory rack is much different in shape and size! I've looked on thule's website and they say i need a tracker foot.

Does anyone know the part number that will hold the 6pr ski rack to the E's factory bars?

When I looked at the Thule site, specifying the Element and factory rack, it said 'c36 Clamp on' is needed to attach their ski racks to the Honda bars. Yakima also has clamps shaped to fit these bars.

but since the clamps are not too expensive, the easy way to deal with it is just to drive to a local rack place and ask. the yakima's are only ~$20/set
