I know of 2 driveable beaches in Washington. One is the Long Beach area in the south. This is where I took these pictures. The other is Ocean Shores further up the coast. Both have numerous access points that transition from pavement to packed dirt to packed wet sand. As long as you stay on the damp sand, as per regulations, it is easy driving.
