Just thought I'd pass on the info that the same guy who had the original "H3" decal for the Element has a new metallic design available. I've sent him email and the photos that he sent back look pretty decent - actually much better than this drawing. This drawing doesn't do the shiny metallic portion of the decal justice but it does give you a fair idea:
