does anyone else have a problem with static in the E's speakers? I have it when i have on the regular radio, in bewteen songs on cd's/ipod, and its annoying! I have heard having anyting plugged into the 12v socket on the front dash causes this.

I have a clarion HU but I have heard that this is a problem for stock cd players and after market?

Do i need to run an extension to my back socket to prevent this static?

Try to ground it somewhere else OTHER than the harness
see if that solves it than if not switch it back and repost it lol
