Thanks Joemana... it was taken in Kruse Rhododendron state park, a reserve full of trails and trees and, well, rhododendrons :) They were not flowering just yet, but the buds were evident.

Here is my new E. Pretty different from the Prius and New Jetta I was considering, but I saw it while test driving a Civic Hybrid and fell in love. Got her on week ago yesterday, after waiting 2 weeks to see an all painted SOP (orange-peel texture and the color didn't max exactly, plus I was worried about scratching, etc, so stayed with the regular panels). The accent stripe is due to come off and mudguards added on. The dog loves the new ride - plenty of room! :)

I kinda like it too. My color choices were CK followed by RR. I had to wait 2 months and travel over 2000 miles to get it. It used to be white - got the healthy-lookin' tan on the swim over. ;-)

About the votes - save 'em until I get the grill mounted. She's a girl - hates to be seen without her makeup.

I gotta say, fendray26, that it looks great!

It even has a certain "quiet E-legance." Definitely, seems "classy", rather than "flashy." It reminds me a bit of the color scheme on an older Rolls-Royce or Bentley.

Good grief, what's next? Will we start seeing movie stars arriving for the Oscars in chauffeur-driven stretch-E's? (Uh-oh! Do I smell a PhotoShop opportunity...?)

All depends on where you live and the road conditions. You will have to go with a super low profile tire to get 20's to fit, and in turn you WILL feel every bump, pothole, etc. I live in an area where I travel on dirt roads quite often, so I chose the 18's with 50-series tires. But I hear 20's dont rub that much, so Its all a matter of preference... and if you're willing to sacrifice comfort and ride for style.

As long as your rims are not to wide. These are the specs won't give you problems...20x8.5 35 offset. Tires: 245 40's...Comfort? Feels really nice on the streets, and thats where I'm most of the time...Hwy's and freeways....

Yea, I was playing with my Camcorder and it's photo feature
I think I am part of the problem. I believe my settings are incorrect for low lighting. Photos taken in "normal" lighting conditions are pretty "crisp"
I also need to get the ins and outs of the imaging computer program.
I shall tread forward and avoid the owner's manual at all costs!

I posted a picture of my dogs that seemed good quality. If you get a chance take a look and tell me how it looks quality wise...on second thought let me try and add another photo here ...I was having trouble last night ,so let me see.

As far as mods, I have thrown some Element carpeting in and the license plates came last week. It is pretty much as I got it. I will tint the windows in the next week or so.

Unless they've made some changes since '03, the Honda bra flaps like crazy at highway speeds...plus the backing is pretty flimsy. I still use mine (sparingly), but hope to see an E with a clear bra or magnet bra at the national meet. Otherwise I'll probably go for Colgan's sport bra. Colgan makes an excellent product and they are good people to deal with.

Well thats the first time anyone has called it the American "H". I usually get, "Hey are you from Texas?". But its really supposed to be the Puerto Rican Flag. But I can see where the patriotism would get you and just the fact that its Red, White, and Blue with a star. So from now on its the American "H". Since I am in the military and I'll buy that one. But to answer your question, I got it in Orlando. Had a vinyls guy hook me up. Thanks I am glad you like it.... The cool thing is it came out the same exact size as the "H" on the grill...

Gadjet, I LOVE those Acura rims! Kind of reminds me of the (previous model) Camaro mag rims.

Very nice Empire! Does that drop down T.V. block your rear view mirror? O and is there a thread on your light conversion on your roof rack?

thanks!

Pee Wee's Playhouse!!??!!??
What the........
Yeah we got the DVD boxed set for my son's birthday. The 7" drop down doesn't block the mirror at all. There may be an old thread floating around where I mentioned doing the light rack. Basically I'm using Yakima Mighty Mounts to attach the spotlights to the factory rack. I recently switched from a round set to rectangular lights to better echo the squat boxy appearance.
