Enclosed are pictures of my '05 "E". Rims are RO_JA formula 5 (18x7+42) w/ 225/55/18's Pirelli P6. It will be lowered w/ Eibachs..im still waiting for the camber kit for the rear.

I'm not digging the black wheel thing. It makes the Element look like it's riding on wagon wheels.. But if you like it, that's what counts!

I think the black rims gives the E a rugged look. The caveat is to pick the right design. These 5 spoke designs are not good candidates to get the black treatment.

That's the unfortunate thing about putting rims on the 'E'... you need a camber kit. :x

I didn't need a camber kit. Or do I? I thought you needed that only if you lowered.

You should not need a camber kit unless you lower the suspension of your element. Engineers design negative camber into suspension travel so that in theory, when a vehicle is cornering and the outside suspension is compressed along with some inevitable body roll, the tires will still maintain an optimum contact patch with the asphalt. When you put lowering springs in a vehicle you are in a sense simulating suspension compression, hence the negative camber.

I agree with Boogerg, although the rims definitely do have a certain "Bling factor" I never understood the recessed spoke design of certain rims like the ones shown. In a sense it makes them seem smaller than they actually are. (Those look more like 17's, possibly smaller)

Anyway, congrats on the new rims.

You guys are right... should of been a bit more specific...when you lower your 'E' you need a camber kit. I only needed a camber kit for the back.
