I propose we start a poll to ban anyone with spinners from EOC!

Hey EP,

Thx, Phil

I gusse its a personal pref. if spinners are nice, or not. Mine is that they are cheesy. Id much rather see a nice set of "dubs" (excuse my rice) than someone who isn't happy with the look of just one set of rims, but has to have two.

Spinners?!

Cheesy.

Nothing reflects poor taste better than a set of spinners, IMHO. They are reminiscent of Cheap reflective coated plastic crappy accessories that you'd find (but never buy!) at Schucks or Wal-Mart. Great for people with more money to waste than they have taste, but I'd personally rather set fire to the money and watch it burn!

Come on folks, we get enough attention as it is; let's leave the spinners to the ricers and wanna-be's!!

http://www.classasounds.com/gfx/spinners.gif = GHEY!

personally i am one that feels your rims (if you so choose to install) should reflect the style, class, and price range of the car they are being installed on.

i worked in a shop and installed rims on many bucs player and yankees players car and trucks. 20's, 22's and so on. those cars were all $80,000 and up.
when you install flashy rims even if they are ghey. you are trying to display yourself as a so called --baller or shot caller-- (LOL)

dont get me wrong i love my E. but it definatley does not scream "i've made it, look at me i'm rich"

the only rims i can see putting on the E are painted or powdercoated stock, japanese import wheels, or functional light suv/ truck wheels.

I am not against spinners on the right car, done the right way, with synergy. I have seen one custom E owner go with spinners, they were taken off in a few days because they looked bad. I think that spinners on the E with the short wheelbase won't go. JMHO.

banning them might be a little harsh, but maybe we should just ban them from posting pics and creating this situation:

Spreewell's are just plain ugly. I just dont see the point in them. Lookie me! Im stopped and my wheels are still spinning! or Look at me im driving and my wheels are not spinning. I just dont get it.

Please do not get spinners for 18's. Those things are ugly but, anything smaller than 20" spinners is just Gay!

Minus well get the shoes too.

to each thier own.

Nothing personal, but do everybody a favor, including yourself...sell your Element.

On the other hand, are those spinners on the Element in the banner ad at the top of the page?
