: Age Poll: GALS!!
GYPSYTDA 02-08-2003, 04:23 PM I am gonna pop in 2 polls One on Guys, One on Gals...
Just so we can get a quick and constantly running talley of how much we are blowing away the age demographic.. and also gal/ guy thing, since it was the college guys they were after!
Ok lets roll!
(and reason I only went up to "over 61", only 10 poll options are permitted).

alicat 06-04-2003, 02:49 PM I'm 49 and my husband (52) talked me into buying my E - at first I was hesitant - but love the attention. When my much older brother said it was ulgy, I knew I had a winner - because we don't agree on anything!
GYPSYTDA 06-08-2003, 04:05 PM wow the majority for the gals is the late twenties early thirties.. wild eh??

music&dogs 01-04-2004, 10:28 AM Age 56. Guess I don't fit into Honda's demographics, but then I gave up driving a sporty yellow Toyota Celica for my new E. Secret: When you get there, 56 isn't what you thought it would be when you were 26 ;-)

redorange 05-19-2004, 04:09 PM 27 here and picking up our E next week!
My husband is 30- he is a former New Beetle driver, so going from one attention getter to another! (It's fun to drive in a NB and watch people slug each other in the arm when they see you....! <-- slug bug game if you don't have it in your neck of the woods)
Anyway, my parents are TOTALLY jealous! They're Santa Fe owners. :P
When my Mom saw the Element at the Cleveland Auto Show during its concept phase, she kept telling my Dad that eventually we'd get one. :)
KermieOwner 06-15-2006, 11:38 PM Certainly didn't fit the demographics Honda was shooting for :D Went from 2 Honda Odysseys....mini van momma....to an E owner!
I'm 42 but started my family later in life than most. Adopted my first daughter at the age of 37 and my second at 39. I've got to do my best in staying young since my daughters are so young.
And as for the attention....trying driving up in an E and having 2 Chinese daughters hop out with a very Caucasion mom:D Glad I'm secure in my roll as an E driver and adoptive mom:) :) :) :) :)

ElementalMember 06-16-2006, 01:32 AM Ya that's funny, I looked at the thread starter and didn't recognize the ID (w/ almost 2,000 posts) .... then I saw the date ... WOW!
elevet 06-16-2006, 07:31 AM Hey Kermie-I'm another "geezer" mom-I'll be 43 next week and have a 7 year old and 3 year old-both boys plus 2 dogs. I'm running alot.... the E definitely helps fight the minivan stuck in suburban he** stereotype:D
DrumminChick 06-20-2006, 04:31 PM WOO! 24 in the house.... a young 24... just turned 24 6/7. ;) LOL
kissya 06-20-2006, 05:34 PM What, is the matter with you guys??...that is no question to ask a lady.... Oh, I'm 44......:-P

KermieOwner 06-22-2006, 11:49 PM Elevet,
Dang, never thought of myself as a geezer, but I guess I am beginning to fit in that age bracket :)
I think my aunt's first words fit me best. She said the loved my Oydssey vans but my E really looked like me. I'll take that as a huge compliment:D
And besides, those of us that became moms later in life need to be as "youthful" as possible.....or am I already going through my second childhood:-o
debbieoz 06-23-2006, 04:32 AM 44 years young here. My 16 yr old son's friends think it's pretty cool. But they say I'm a cool mom anyway
DrumminChick 06-23-2006, 08:11 PM I know I am only 24... but I have always spent my life around older people. In my opinion, age is only a number.... and if you focus on the number, it will run your life. The number of one's age does not decide how you should feel or act.... if you are 44, 54, 64, 74... that number doesn't matter... it's what's in your heart.
PugMom 06-23-2006, 08:20 PM So true, DrumminChick---I'm 53, but I teach 3-5 yr. olds and I totally relate to them; and I work with high schoolers, and I'm just one of the "gang"; and I cook for senior citizens, and love making them laugh! Age---bah!:D
WCUAlum 06-24-2006, 10:09 AM I'm 26....it became depressing when I realized I was in a different age bracket in survey's. I was no longer in the 18-25 or the 21-25 age range

Heheh. Nope, just a little silly. :) I figure, I can always re-color it if I don't like it. I'm just glad the law firm I work for is pretty Liberal. Of course, I do work in the tech dept, so I think they kind of expect it of me.
