Hey Elementers,

I had my E for a couple of years now and it's always bothered me that the stock alarm uses three horn beeps when it arms. Well, I guess I am gonna try to do something about it. Does anyone know how to change the alarm settings so that it doesn't honk the horn at all or at least just do it once?

I wish Honda would just do a basic lights flash for arming and disarming. I don't need to be stealth but when I come home at 2am, my entire neighborhood hears that I'm home.

Funny, my OEM alarm flashes the lights on arming and disarming. It only beeps once if you press the fob button twice -this is useful if you aren't looking at the car when you press the lock button.

I hope this means that yours can be reprogrammed. There doesn't appear to be anything on it in the manual so I can't be of much help, sorry.
