I sure hope this thing is wrong. A lot of planning has gone into this in hopes of good weather. We'll work it out. Just keep in mind that we have 125 or so and our picnic shelter supposedly has "seating for 75". What I'm asking and recommending is that anyone who has those outdoor canopies/shelters to bring them so maybe we can set up some extra base camps if we need to accomodate more people. I'll bring mine for sure. Cross your fingers guys... The EOC stands strong and we can get our interior wet and dirty and not sweat over it. ;) We'll make the most of it no matter what the weather is like.
