Uggh. I sure hope this thing is wrong. A lot of planning has gone into this in hopes of good weather. We'll work it out. Just keep in mind that we have 125 or so and our picnic shelter supposedly has "seating for 75".
What I'm asking and recommending is that anyone who has those outdoor canopies/shelters to bring them so maybe we can set up some extra base camps if we need to accomodate more people. I'll bring mine for sure.
Cross your fingers guys...

We're bringing ours. Will have room for everyone from New England, plus anybody from California, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, the Dakotas, and one cranky guy from Minneapolis.

and one cranky guy from Minneapolis.
Now THAT is funny. No idea who you're referring to, but I can't wait to shake his hand for the first time. ;)

Ha ha. For a second there, I thought my ears were burning, but then remembered I live in St. Paul. Then again, maybe he's referring to my kid, who is joining me. Cranky yeah - but old? Hmmmm.

St. Paul? What!? You moved? Just for the record, I intentionally avoided using the word "old".

Well, the great thing is we are the EOC and not the lexus club or some pretty classic car club. The EOC stands strong and we can get our interior wet and dirty and not sweat over it. ;)
We'll make the most of it no matter what the weather is like. Hang in there!

Just saw the extended forcast for Louisville KY. and as of right now there is a 40% chance of showers on Friday and only partly cloudy for Sat and Sunday. Since Louiseville is only a few of hours from Columbus OH. I am hopeing this reflects on this weekend up there.
