Got a question. My E seems to have really stiff 12V plugs. In fact I broke a power cord already and almost got my wifes cell phone plug caught in it. Is this common? Can I ask my dealer to fix it gratis? I have had my E for about 3 weeks.

A simple fix for your problem would be to apply a dab of spark plug grease to the plug. this type of grease will allow easy separation of electronic components but won't hamper conductivity. You can get it at any auto store.
