Hello,

Thought its been a month or so since I took delivery of my Element, I had noticed some drip marks of some clear liquid on the front fascia of the Element.

Went to the dealer, and the service manager was very nice about it brought out a HONDA CLEANING KIT. It has a spray for glass, one for vinyl and one more for plastic.

He tried the vinyl first then the plastic sprays to remove the drools they did not work. Then he got a rag dipped in something that was called daysol or something like that. Made him repeat the name but could not catch it due to my ole hearing loss thanks to ACDC, GFrailroad, Edgarwinter etc. and the ambient noise. It seemed to clean the surface and make it look nice but did not remove the drip marks.

The final result is he gave me the kit for free and has ordered a whole new front for the Element.

Overall the dealer experience at Castrucci Auto Mall in Dayton has been an A++. If you are in the market for Honda cars in the Cinci, Dayton, Columbus drop me an email I will hook you up with the salesman and management at the dealer. They are totally awesome. Cannot say enough good things!

The buying process was very good, they let me bring an element home for the day! I made an awesome deal on the price, and they got me the color I wanted Green (had to hunt high and low for it). And now the service dept is also turning about to be great.
