actually yes, i did receive such ipod and yes it was new. i only paid $69.99. they didin't even charge me shipping because i used a check by phone. now they are more expensive but you can get some nice items on that site for great prices. drawbacks?...they don't accept visa or mastercard (visa is not everywhere you want to be) another drawback...2 weeks to ship but i don't mind when i'm saving that kind of money.

That site currently lists $145 plus the $16.99 membership fee plus $2.00 over whatever shipping costs.
May be a bit cheaper, but pretty close to the price at Costco.
