Has anyone tried aftermarket larger tires. If so, how large can we safety use without screwing up the geometry. I would like a more agressive tread patten in a larger size. Thanks for any advice.

I just placed Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo's on my E this week. 235/70/16. I know I have heard that a couple of people have tried 245/70/16's but that they were too big. The 235's are perfect! No rubbing and they ride really nice. The Bridgestone's that I chose have incredible reviews. Check outhttp://www.tirerack.com The E rides even better now! And looks better too! 8)

I've got Goodyear Fortreras, 235/70-16 on my E. Pics at the link in the sig. They are what I was looking for - more of a squared off shoulder, more rugged tread but not outrageously off-road looking.

I have about 4500 miles on these tires, which are 235/70/16s. I'm very happy with them; great ride, handling, looks.
