Can anyone out there find a small enough pen for the bind holder to clip into :D

Hahaha... yeah... it's a tight fit isn't it? That's ok though... better too tight than too loose.* Unless of course it snaps off. :)

i don't have an e yet (next fall. trying to squeeze out another year from my 92 accord with 168,000 miles on it) so i'm not quite sure about the pen question. but i do know of a pen that is a perfect fit for any of the SOP owners. http://www.rotring.de/www.rotring.com/index.html i have the eterneum set. www.fountainpenhospital.com has the fountain pen on sale for $12 (has a better picture also)

Traded in an 88 Accord DX with 221,611 miles.

no idea for a pen... but it seems all us E owners have (had) accords.

i still have my 91 accord ex... 160,000 miles.

I had no idea there was a pen holder. Now I will have to go outside and look for it. You guys are great! I learn something everytime I read the boards.

The Cross Ion pens fit very nicely into the small dash cubby behind and to the right of the steering wheel. Add a little drawer liner or rubber to keep it from rolling to and fro...

Actually, that which you refer to as "sunglasses clips" is a card holder, per page 112 of the Element Owner's Manual.
