This is totally exploratory. Just an idea at the moment.
So here goes...Everyone knows you can go camping year round in California so would anyone want to do a week end Element group campout sometime in the near future?
Here are the parameters:
A. This would be a kicked back party atmosphere. Adults only. 21 and up. Sorry but the kiddies would need to stay at home for this one. (Grown ups need quality playtime too)
B.Couples, Singles, Friends, Pets OK (if cool around people and other critters)
C. Bring all your own gear and whatever else you need to guarantee yourself a good time. Like Vegas.. "What goes on here, stays here". But you'll still need to be discreet.
D. Desert or Coastal camping? Mountain sites are usually closed by end of September.
E. State Parks? National Parks? Off the beating path Parks? The back forty at Aunt Kate's Ranch Park? or whatever other places you can think of. If enough people are interested then we would vote on where to go.
F. Not for the faint of heart, faint of mind or church lady types. This about adults having fun and lots of it. Loose change poker games. Drive alongs, Park alongs, Hike, don't Hike, Cool Music, Great Food, Great Drink, Kite Flying, Telescopes, Bikes, Chug-a-Lugs. Kinda like a frat camping trip. Don't expect too much quite and serenity.
If this ain't your thing thats cool. But if it is there's potential for lots of fun in the sun as well as potential problems from having too much fun. So please be advised.
