I left the driver's side rear seat up out of the way for a few days to make room for my bike. When I returned the seat to it's normal position I am noticing that the spring that returns the seat from flat to upright will barely lift the seat at all. It seems that the return-spring is sprung. Has anyone else run into the same problem? One would think that the return spring should be rugged enough to handle a flat out position for a few days without being ruined. Any thoughts? :?

Personally, I'd head back to the dealer. Given that it's advertised to use the seats that way, as well as being a bed, etc., I can't imagine they wouldn't fix it. I'd be interested to know if the spring can be replaced or if they have to replace the seat itself. Good luck.

I had my back seats folded up for over a week. The spring seems to work fine after putting them back in their upright possition. Sounds as though it is just an issue with yours. The dealer should have no problem fixing this for you.
