alpine makes the stock ex equipment. not bad but better then alot of other stock set-ups.

I thought Alpine made all OEM Honda/ Acura audio equip? I have an LX '05 and I like the head unit. It's a quality piece and provides enough function for me. I don't think I'll bother getting into a new system for my short commute.

The OEM speakers in my wife's 98 civic were Pioneer.

For years Honda has been using Alpine , Clarion and Panosonic (Matsu****a) for all out their audio compments.
