I am planning on taking my 2004 Element home to Ontario in the new year. I was informed by the Motor Vehicle Registry Office in Toronto tha my vehicle must have daytime running lights
I contacted a dealership in Houston and they couldn't give me an answer.
About the only vehicles in the states that have running lights are made by GM.
I don't want to get rid of my Element because of a couple of lightbulbs.

Order a kit from JC Whitney and hook it up yourself or if you aren't comfortable in doing that take it to an automotive electrician. Contact one first and ask, they may be able to do it with a kit or option they already offer.
