Okay I have heard all the hype....but I want to know once and for all....is SOP the hottest color????

I am the proud owner of an EBP, and have seen that many other board members are proud owners of EBP......but tlets get this straight and see what color is the most popular amoung board memebers.....

So, what color is your E???

Hey SLP, on another poll the SOP is just ahead of the SLM.

Mine is NHBP and my dads is SOP.

As I've said before, I decided that if I was going to drive a box, it might as well be a bright box!

I love the way the color changes with the ambient light.

I have the Shorline Mist Metallic.
I liked this color the best!

Eternal Pearl Penn State Blue

I ended up with the SSM mostly because it is not only a color that I like it is also very easy to keep clean and hides blemishes well. I tell you I was standing at the dealer making my decision. there stood what i believed to be all flavors of EX's and I did realy like the Eternal blue as well as the black pearl but I remembered the green jetta that showed all blems and paint chips and now i am the happy owner of an SSM "E"

majority is hsowing the Eternal Blue Pearl (which I have and love) yet it is said they will not have this color next year.. humm what a shame huh?

At first I was really sad i didnt get the blue, but now when i see my GG in the sun it sparkles and I love that

Hi Penguin,just had to park our vote for SUNSET ORANGE PEARL!!!!on these 106 degree days this orange cube shouts it out!!

My E is SOP too! It was my only color choice. It's a "happy" color. It's also a bit quirky and maybe trendy, but so what. It makes me feel good! :lol:

I almost bought an orange one my father in law gave us his 1972 Bonita 15' motorboat. It's been kept in the garage so it's in fine shape. Anyway the colors are cream and orange very seventy. But in the end because the boat is not a permenant attachement I went with the color I fell in love with green. I have driven 2 elements and they were both green. Does the orange drive better :wink:

Almost went with Galapagos Green, then changed my mind to Shoreline Mist....glad I did. I really like this color.

Someone posted the same reasons for color selection that I was thinking about when I told the salesman SSM.......easy to keep clean....

How accurate/truly representative is this poll? Based on my completely unscientific survey of a whopping 7 E's during our recent road trip, SMM is the overwhelming favorite of the E public - 4 out of the seven. It was really strange to see ourselves coming and going. We saw no SSM, SOP or GGM E's - none!

Counting ourselves as "seen" on this trip, 5 out of 8 E's in SMM is pressing the odds into the "possible, but unlikely" probabilities if the colors were evenly distributed.

Perhaps it is geographical.....on my recent 11 day stay in Chicago I saw 8 SOPs, 6 GGM's, 4 NHB, 2 EBP, 2 SSM.....and no SMM.....makes you wonder......

I knew the first time I saw the SOP E. That was the one for me. Unusal in color and looks and my dad has always said I was the strange one of the family. :lol:

I love my SOP E all the way!!!!!!!

Maybe it's because the SMM stands out so much, while the SOP blends in and you just don't see them. :D

I see a lot of SMM and SSM here, a few GGM, not many SOP.

I have the SOP. I think it's a beautiful color. But it's not for everyone. Almost got the GGM, but the interior was a little too green, and I've been driving green cars for the last 12 years, so I wanted a change.

I wish we could get official numbers from Honda on %ages of colors, 2wd vs 4wd, EX/DX, SAB/not, 5sp/auto, etc.

I have the shoreline mist. Love it. The dirt doesn't show up on that color like the others.

Is SOP the same as Oriole Orange :?: :D

We love our NBP....and love driving it to the country club... :wink:

SMM here. Seems to be a pretty popular color where I live (Raleigh, NC).

A got the GGM because I got a GREAT deal on a demo model. I Loved the SOP and would have got it but they had none except a 2wd model. I wanted the 4x so...

I wanted only one color--SOP (though I flirted with GG a bit). I love the richness and individulaity.
