Hey dan, when will you be at ala's? I will be around town tomorrow, i can bring my digital cam. Than everyone can will see how awsome your E looks like.

I plan on surfing early tomorrow morning, at around 7 am to who knows,.. up until lunch time, if the waves are really as good as they say they will be! Winds are supposed to back off to. I haven't have time to wash my E yet either but the pics may look ok anyway. Hope to see you tomorrow at Ala Moana sometime. Aloha.

hey guys, hope the meet was awsome, i wasnt keeping track of the forum and i had 808 call me and ask if there was a meet, well hope it was fun. i couldnt meet any who cause my E went in to the auto plex on saturday lunch time. they said it may take about half a month. bummer. but i can drive by with the loaner and see your E's.

Did not see anyone there on Sat. Did anyone go? I usually hang out there if there is surf,.. should be some beginning Tues thru Thurs of this week so will be there after work. Aloha.

Sucka it was you!? I suspected but as some kids have played w/my E before I wasn't sure. Should've taken some pics if you had your camera.

I've had dents put into the hood and sides, my alarm set off, etc. a number of times in the past when I parked in an outside parking lot, close to Downtown (by Gold's Gym) and at malls. I guess its chance you take when you fix up your E and keep it looking nice.

Also I dented my side step/running board on my passenger side on a curve! I wanted to replace/change it with a new one. It is easy to change/replace?

It costs around $325 for just one Honda factory side step from Tony Honda! I couldn't find anywhere cheaper over the internet, plus shipping has to be added. Has anyone seen a cheaper one somewhere?

Where did you get you side steps? I've checked around on the internet and they cost around $325 to $395 per set and then there's the shipping which has ranged from $150 to $195 (2-3 days shipping). I am not sure about the hydrolic lift, can't I just slide under the E and losen the bolts and then replace the whole thing easily w/out lifting it? Mahalo.

I was on my way from the Chiropractic office and I drove pass the beach park yesterday. I saw your E Dan and the damage don't look that bad. But I bet it's very noticeable to you though? Other than that, great looking E!

Thanks for the bumper dude, tried cutting out the holes for the fogs and practiced on the bumper you gave me yipes!! I think these walmart fogs that everybody recommends look too small well, Imo.....anyways I will post and let everybody know the easiest way to cut out the holes and Oh yeah been experimenting with the fender also...so far brakeleen seems to work without streaking for cleaning....anyways....

Try using a Dremel tool or a drill attachment that they use to drill out the holes on the wooden doors so they can install the door knobs.

As for cleaning the panels, I go to Pflueger Honda/ South Seas Honda Motorcycle shop to buy the "Honda Spray polish dressing" It's used for cleaning road grime, bug guts, on plastic and vinyl material. It dresses it up at the same time and protects from the sun. I use it alot on my motorcycles....

I am gonna use a 3 1/2" hole saw. If you actually cut following the Honda molded cap the hole will be too big for the walmart special fogs. I told Sarfai I am gonna do it next Sat and if it comes out good I can use the same hole saw to do others.

I saw that at Pflueger but decided to use 303 since I had some from when it was on sale at Daiei a long time ago. So far so good, just make sure you buff it.

We gotta meet soon cause I want to take off my rims. 4 times a week for the next 4 weeks, I have to run to the Airport, back to Kapolei, then head out to Kapiolani, then back home to Kapolei. That takes a toll on my rims and tires. That's why I want to run my stocks for awhile and save my mutha Faulkin tires.

i got the factory fogs but since i have piaa white bulbs in my head lights the fogs look a bit dull, yellowish! so i'm thinking about changing my fog bulbs to something much brighter via eurosport. i'll let you know if i need help w/the side steps. europort may put them on for free since i'll have them change the fogs, my side blinker set up, etc. soon. mahalo.

I did get my side lights to blink, my PIAAs bulbs in my fogs and new side steps put in, after some trial and error. It took almost all day!

Where did you see the blinker things, at Eurosport? I'll have to call them up as this'll be the next thing to put on my E, besides putting in a small speaker for surround sound movies.
