I'm a new Element owner :D and am wondering what the latest opinions are on the best tires for the 2WD E. I will only be driving my E in the city so I don't want a lot of tire noise or decreased mileage, and the tire does need to have good traction in the wet....as previously pointed out on this site, S. CA drivers are pathetic in the rain and I will need all the traction I can get to avoid them! So, a quiet tire with good road handling in wet and dry conditions would be ideal. Has anyone out there found this combination for their E? Make? Size? Thanks!

Goodyear just released the triple treads as an SUV tire, I believe they come as 225-70-16. These tries seem to get good reviews...

I'm on record here as being happy with the Bridgestone Dueler Alenza. Very nice tire if off-road isn't a consideration. Search for it here if you want to know more.
