Hey guys, rather than having 300 threads about where we saw you driving your E, can we keep it to one thread?

Jon and I saw a few of you around, a Blue one on Mount Albert Rd Monday...A black one heading East on HWy 7 Just east of Warden...Monday as well

Did anyone see us? we were heading East on the 401 (yes in the rain) on Friday and back to T.O. from Picton on Monday AM.

We had some honking and waving (some one in a light blue astrovan waved at us in Oshawa)

PS I think everyone picked up their E's last week!

It's funny...I am in the Kitchener area...and I had not seen ONE E since I ordered mine. I picked mine up and took my interns out for lunch. As we were sitting there and eating lunch at Montana's an IDENTICAL SOP E drove by the window...Literally just as I was telling them I had yet to see one. We laughed quite a bit. I haven't seen one since. I guess I am lucky to live in this area and be the centre if attention!

Just saw two today again. A black one on Phramacy and a Silver one parked off of Warden both in Scarborough. That's like four in five days. That's not good. I remeber when I would go a week with only seeing one. I guess everyones orders are coming in now

Anyone driving a Black "E" around 4:30 - 5 pm may 27th on the 407 heading south and getting off at Dundas Street? I was about 1/2 KM behind you. Tried to catch up to you until you blew by the unmarked OPP car. I backed off at that point. You must have had your stelth option on, I don't think the cop saw you.

Friday evening going South on Yonge, a blue Element tuned left just after Bloor. About 7:00 PMish. They had a dealer license holder from my dealer. I would have loved to chat.

Saturday, on Hwy 7, just after Kennedy, I waved madly to a Black Element who was turning onto Hwy 7. They caught up to me at about Markham Road and followed me down for a while before turning left. We had our own Elemental parade for a few moments. Again about 7:00 PMish.

Eternal Blue E going north on Bayview/rosedale valley area ~ 3pm.

He/she actually honked but:
1) still getting used to other E's waving/ honking/ flashing - wow it is true!
one time a Nissan Murano actually flashed their lights at us - guess our colors (SOP) were similar?
2) was busy negotiating the off ramp - downshifting/matching rpms/hit the apex/accelerate /ahhhh - the joys of manual trannys

15 minutes later, a NBP E parked around front/jarvis - save me a spot next time!!

Hmmm, 2 non SOP E's within 20 minutes. I starting to smell a conspiracy with regards to the number of SOPs that showed up on last month's E-event...

later...

On a happier note, I saw a Silver "E" on Friday night about 4:30 heading East from the Allen Expressway on the 401. And, there was a Silver "E" at the Best Buy in Mississauga on Mavis yesterday just as I was coming out of there. They were just pulling away so I did not have time to say hello. They did go round my "E", tho.

So, I am not the only SSM "E" owner out there!

GG 4wd E at Kensington Market , Sat around noon time. Needs a wash unless they're going for the outdoor look...

Funny thing is with just one glance, I was able to tell/memorize that it was 4wd, with rear spoiler and side steps. How's that for photo memory ( or severe case of Eccessories envy).

Saw first blue one yesterday. It went the other way. When I was done at the store I saw it in a parking lot so I stop and slipped a card with this sites address under the wiper.

I have now seen 4 (not counting SEEMO) 2 black, one silver, one blue. There is almost a million people in this one horse town where are the elements.

BTW If you are a lurker in alberta, my dealer is rumored to have a large amount in stock. They came in today. (link to dealer is on my web site. )

Well, I'm not a Canadian, but I just got back from a super vacation there, and thought I'd post about the trip.

I got the distinct feeling that I was the only Element in eastern Canada (except for the three mentioned below). I have gotten used to getting some attention since I got my SOP 3 months ago, but nothing like I got driving through Nova Scotia, PEI, and New Brunswick! I gave tours at Fundy, Cape Breton, almost everywhere. The responses were almost all strongly positive. I'm not sure I gave the best E-impression. We had the back seats out and the back loaded with camping gear, coolers, etc. It was really fun.

I did see three E's. The first was a SMM from Maryland that was on the Cat with me on the trip from Bar Harbor, Maine, to Yarmouth, NS. We ended side by side waiting to go through customs, and I told them about the club.

Then no other E's for a week (just lots of double-takes!) till I was in a tiny town on Prince Edward Island (Victoria). I drove around a bend, and there was another SOP! It had Rhode Island plates and I never saw the owner.

Finally, a couple of days ago, I exchanged waves and grins with a black E in Saint John, NB.

I'll post more later, in other categories, as I have some good pics of my E visiting Cape Breton. Put 3600 miles on the E in 11 days, driving around your beautiful country. It was a delight...all except for the gas prices!! :(

The only thought that give us some peace in all of this crap is that our cars got in the way of him killing someone. He must have doing 70km, he could have driven right into someones house, or killed someone on his way to work. 60,000 in damage is a lot better that death or injury.

P.S

Glad you enjoyed your trip to my neck of the woods. I live in Halifax, NS - unfortunately you must not have crossed paths with my NBP.
You're right about the reactions to the E - everyone that comes up and asks me about it is genuinely interested in the concept. I get at least 5 people a week wanting to know something about it. - And, you're other point is right as well - gas prices are brutal here.
Cheers.

riotgirl. There seems to be a lot in the westbrook area. There are 2 black ones (one is mine) down the street in Kilarney. There is a silver one with a company logo on the window in Marda Loop and another silver that I see in the area a lot. There is a SOP that parks in the sleep country parking lot on Richmond and another SOP the lives in the Westhill area. Not that I am stalking or anything.

Where abouts are you in Mississauga? We're in Brampton, and have had the E (green) since August.
We just got back from an xmas trip to florida.... There are a LOT more the further south you go. We must have seen at least 20 in the Keys!
I stumbled across the club last week end by accident, and here we are now.
I know there's an orange (red?) one in brampton, because we keep waving to each other...

E's are growing in popularity. I live in a small town in Bruce County (210 km NW of Toronto) with a population of ~5000 and there are 4 E's that I know of. And the nearest Honda dealer is over 40 kms. away. Of course, small town people tend to be very practical and the E is a very practical vehicle!
