I haven't checked with the dealer yet, but I figured I'd get some feedback here. Is the front power outlet "hot" only when the key is on.
I put my cell phone on charge and let to go into the store. Came back later and no charge. Fiddled around woth the plug-in and realized that the outlet is only "hot" when the key is on. Is this how it's supposed to be? I haven't even bothered to check th rear outlet.

that's what i've heard...someone posted how to make them hot all the time, but was not easy

The key must be on. A bummer. I discovered the "feature" via the cell phone charging also.

Well, it's easy if you're an electronic technician or have any experience in electronics. For the average Joe, it might be a handful if you don't know how to find or install an always live 12 volt line.
