My daughter's been driving my 2004 EX 2WD (manual). I want to sell it because she's going off to college. What's the best way to sell in the Bay Area (Peninsula). I don't want to go the dealer and get ripped off. It has 15k miles and 18" wheels with v-rated 235/50/18 all season BF Goodrichs. The stock tires were shot after about 6,000 miles, so these wheels/tires were a big improvement.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

I think if you run a www.kbb.com (http://www.kbb.com) price for your zip code and post it on craigslist, you'll probably have luck. You may have to be flexible though. Craigslist is pretty localized. If you are looking for a larger audience try listing in a paper or eBay. You should be able to get 15K - 16K for it depending on condition.
