O.K. first of all I would like to thank joemama for this link. He posted it somewhere else and T-Mac politly asked to keep the thread just for "E" talk only. So here goes my version in a hopefully safehaven Club X thread. Love the "E" but, I love lots of cars. Lot and lots and lots (cars probably take up 25% of my brain space) maybee more! Drooling over other peopls cool rides is all part of life. Unless you don't have a life and collect lint or something.:shock:

Anyway this is a thread for all the cars that were posted in the pics on the link below for the SEMA show. Totally Awesum!:cool: If you like (or dislike) a picture pull it up and post it here.

I will start were I left off. Awesome 50s flame job.....Reminds me of the 56 Buick 3 tone green my Dad had when I was a young kid back in the early 70s...He kept it Mint! My Grandfather didn't talk to him for a week as he cut the mufflers off when he first got it New.

Actually, that picture was of a mid to late 50's.....I think it is a 56.....this one is the 62 to 66 model range.....this one is sweet!

You can tell this one is a 64 by the following information: the parking lights are in the grill (whereas the 65 and 66 put them above the grill) and the bed was contoured like the side of the truck (the 62 and 63 had a squared-off bed)

My uncle has a 64 right now and I have been looking for a F-150 4X4 frame and power train to consider making a conversion....that would be GREAT!

:D You know my grandfather had all kinds of cars and trucks parked out in his field... From a 50's truck to a 7o's firebird... He loved cars all his life and had his own shop. He really like to paint them...I can remember many a discussion over which of his sons would drive it first. :grin:
