I'm thinking these are the only wheels on the planet I would actually like on my rig. What do you think? (photochopped)

with that lip it would look awesome, but the honda offset wouldn't allow for that kind of lip. look for similar ones out there that are not as sharp as those. There are the Rota D2's that have a cleaner look in my own opinion.

Very nice! I have the same rims but in the hypersilver finish. I got my from wheelmax.com with this setting: 18x8.5 - 5x114.3/120 - 35 - HL I love this style rim and found out through my lil brother (he has a 95 240sx) that this rim style is very popular with 240s. I'll try to get pix up this weekend for you.

Yeah, I know the lip won't be as big as in the small pic. The ones I cropped in have a much smaller lip. I actually cut them from Scion.

I took a look at the Rotas you mentioned. I'm not sure I agree they are 'cleaner' with all those rivets. And I like the flatter spokes on the Sport MAX. I do like the Rota P45 and Slipstreams though! Too bad they don't come in the size I am looking for.

Thanks for the tip.

Simple......he orders 5-bolt rims for his application.....the pic shown was just a mock up to see how they look.

Done.

Sport MAX 962 18x7.5 38mm offset.
Toyo Proxes ST 255/50R18

I had the wheels powdercoated 40% gloss black.

No rubbing. They do stick out in the front a little more than I was hoping, but not too bad. More pics after I give her a proper scrubdown this weekend.

those wheels look great, you have a really nice looking E, any info on your catback exhaust you have?

Thanks.

I think my exhaust is made up of a 19" resonator (not sure the brand) and a 16" Dynomax muffler. I would have to get out the measuring tape to be sure of the lengths.

It sounds good. Definitely noticeable when accelerating, but pretty quiet when cruising. As far as performance, it's hard to say. The onramp by my house is a pretty good test of acceleration, but I didn't really benchmark it when it was stock.

wow came out pretty dope! I love that tire size, it fills up the wheel well really good. ima need to upgrade my tire size when i get some funds. I wonder how it would look if you left the lip polish....I was actually thinking of painting my rims bronze or gold with a polish lip, giving it a wrx type of colorway lol
