I have a 2005 EX E so it has the standard radio and one disk CD player. I need to buy something so I can play my ipod through it. I pulled the stereo out over lunch and it looked like it had the Hon98 adapter on the back. Is that right? For some reason I was thinking it should be the HON03. I just don't want to order the wrong item. Thanks!

Apparently Honda has two different connectors in use...if you have the blue HON98 plug, then by all means order that one.

It was a good lunch break. Fixing user's computers that are broken when the user claims they have done absolutely nothing different than what they always do gets frustrating at times! :grin:

Always double and triple check when it comes to disassembling something like that. There's nothing worse than receiving parts and finding they won't fit as planned.

I just did the same thing with my 05 LX a few days ago. I needed the HON98...it works quite well.
