I like the orginality...but they look like wagon wheels to me. Sorry just being honest ;-)

What are the graphics on the side door? Curious.

I like those 20s. Looks cool. Speaking of cool.. you're from Tokyo, one of my favroite bands "The Boom Boom Satellites" hail from Tokyo. Are you familiar with them? Tough to find their music here.

Nice E...Wow Tokyo Japan....I thought the Japanese version would look alot different, not much difference other than right hand drive and sidemarkers???...Any difference in Motor, trans, interior??...Anyways I like the way your E looks NIce....Hey I notice they even have that IMO somewhat awkward positioned tail pipe....Oh well....Nice to see someone from very far away in here....cool.

I will post some picts of the interior soon. The largest differences are: Factory HID's, running lights on front fender and we don't have all the emmission standards here in Japan. Power wise and transmission are the same. They only offered the 4WD/2.4L version here and since it was expensive they have decided not to offer it in 2006. What a shame.

I like the look of wagon wheels on the E. Afterall it is ...

... a wagon.

Wow you have a/d/s/ speakers? I haven't seen those for years, now that's high end car audio equipment there.

ADS speakers, Yup I remember them. What about Nakamichi? Are they out of business here in the states? Can you still get them in Japan? I would love to get me a set.

Unfortunately Nakamichi is not a very healthy company. Their car audio line has been shrunk down to cheap " made in China " crap that is not worth having. I do believe that they are still pretty strong in the home audio market in the US but their car line died there years ago. Not worth persuing unless you can find some older product on E-bay.

anyone notice how his climate control shows degrees, and he has an auto function? that really surprises me that the US model doesn't have that, it seems to be a popular thing in most cars these days, plus it classes it up a bit

Thank you for the info on Nakamichi speakers. I certainly wouldn't want to end up buying the cheap Chinese ones.

Wow, nice Element. I wish we can get HID's and climate control on our E's here. I was in Tokyo from the 11th to the 18th of this month for the Tokyo Auto Salon and didn't see one Element in the street at all. I did see a few CRV's in the streets though. I wished you had posted a couple of weeks earlier so we could have met up and have a few beers in Roppongi.

Size is perfect... 18's are too small.... 22's too big. It's all about 20's.

Sorry! I was in San Diego and Las Vegas until Jan 15th for the CES show. How was the motor show? Not a lot of E's in Tokyo. The were more popular in the Osaka area. If you are ever in town drop a line and I will take you around.

Ha ha cool thanks, I'll take you up on that offer and get in touch with you next year when my friends and I go back for the Tokyo Auto Salon again. It would be great to have someone that speaks Japanese to show us around Tokyo instead of getting lost on the subway lines again. We were going to go to Osaka and hang out there one day but decided to go for the Mt. Fuji tour instead which took up all day also eventhough we took the bullet train back to Ginza.

Man I want a JDM climate control and shifter garnish with cigarette lighter. Did anyone notice that the rear seats are positioned really close to the fronts?

The seats are close to the front for 2 reasons. First I have a Jack Russell Terrier and she likes to stand in between the front seats when driving. Thus the seats are all the way forward. Second I mountain bike and need all the cargo space and since no one rides in the back of my E except the dog no need to move the seats back.

I really like the rims, but I never understood why people put low profile tires on SUVs. I think it would look better with bigger tires. But then again I think the wheel wells on teh E are bigger than they should be. They even look a bit big with the factory wheels/tires. I guess everyone's got their own thing...

Cool.... Us USA people and Canada are just a little curious. Your "E" is so different.

If you brought your "E" to St. Louis Big Event that would just be Sweet! I am sure that you could order a shirt. Got your EOC.com sticker ordered for your rear window yet. Oh yeah you gotta print out some of the EOC brocures and stick them on every Element you see...Oh you need a translated version huh? To bad they don't float....Yet!

Welcome aboard. :)

Well unforunately I will not be in the US in July. Even as such the cost of just bringing my car over for the meet would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $4,000. I like you guys but not shelling out that kind of cash just to show the car. Uh no I don't need a translated version. READ the fine print on my profile. :|

Yes my rear seats are adjustable. Had a guy over 6ft tall sitting in the back seats and he had more room then the passenger.
