Drive carefully!!! (Maybe I should drive the E instead of fly---what's 18 hours??? Of course, I'd lose my ticket money!!)

Woo hoo! Finally got to take the E out in the snow and it did awesome. Pulled 'er out of the garage into ~8" of snow and she plowed right through. I expected some hesitation but I had no problems getting around the un-plowed streets, to the store, etc. I love this thing...

I was watching Good Morning America this morning and they were talking about the east coast snow-- they showed a pic of someone scraping snow off their SSM E! it was part of a series of shots, so no specific location...:D :D

Hiker Chick I am jealous of those E-beautiful photos! I am used to seeing that type of snowfall - but not this year! A VERY hot summer and a fraction of what we normally receive regarding total snowfall accumulation.

I thought I'd never in a million years even come close to echoing those psycho predictions from them thermal global warming fruitcakes, let alone agree with'em. Here it goes: looks like they may have some kind of validity to their theories. . .

Didn't say it! Nope . . . Not me!

Nah -- was interesting to me that one of the snow records NYC eclipsed yesterday dated back to 1888. Pre-OPEC.

My fondest, albeit E-less, snow memories are the 1993 Snowicane, the "Blizzard of the Century" and our back-to-back snowstorms of 1996. Back then I had a Miata and did not drive for two weeks.

And back when I had a 1969 Mustang and lived in Hood River, Oregon, we had a 60-inch snow blast in 36 hours. That was incredible. Even the railroad stopped running. Nothing has approached it since. We didn't even have the television reception to enjoy watching TV accounts. No cable then. Ah, memories.
