I just installed the all weather mats and the rear bumper trim.
Why would they sell a vehicle without the rubber trim on the bumper?
Or is it that I am used to pickups?

The real point is the rubber mats are great!
I looked at all the photo's of the carpet ones here and they just looked wrong. The E is so utilitarian that the carpet seemed out of place to me.

As for the comments about dogs and the carpet, these mats are a soft rubber and very textured so I think dogs could hold on with no problem.

Next week I install the keyless entry.
Anybody have any experience with the installation?

Does the bumper trim cover the back of the bumper or the top of it? What's the purpose of it? I need the 411! :wink:

The bumper trim only covers the top of the bumper. I guess Honda made it this way so it matches the silver color accessories. Example, the front trim, the side steps, the rocker panels and the rear air spoiler. I wish Honda made another bumper trim to cover the whole bumper. Here in Chicago, they don't care if they hit your car or not :?
