Yes, the console slides back easily to use the e-brake. it has a felt bottom and fits snugly enough between the seats that it does not move. It holds 2 drinks front, 2 in back and PLENTY of stuff inside. I have 3 CD walletts, a pad, a pen, packs of gum and plenty of room left for other stuff. here's the link

I ordered the Steelhorse in Blue....I couldn't find a picture of the blue anywhere....so I bit the bullet and ordered it, figuring that I could always return it and re-order the gray....but the blue is a perfect match for the interior of the EBP/SS.....it is uncanny....it was like it was made for the E!!!

It looks very SWEET!!! And the console is a perfect fit....plenty of storage space and the top is wide enough for both passenger and driver to use as an armrest.
