Enlighten me here: When I removed my sunroof there's a black thing that's spring loaded which seems to help the glass lift up. Once the glass is out though, the black thing is still sticking up and looks stupid. What am I missing here, how do you get it to lay flat with the glass out?

You dont want it to lay flat it is a wind deflector... helps cut down on the wind noise with the glass removed.
