Guess who probably won't be trading in her Isuzu Trooper for an Element?

Me. Why, you ask?

A drunk driver smashed into my car last night while I was parked helping a driver who was hurt in a hit and run accident. I would be surprised if my car were not totalled. The front and back ends look like a Salvador Dali painting of a car. :shock:

I'm fine. My dog, Henry, who was with me, is also just fine. Not a bruise on us. However if my dog had been hurt, Lord help that driver, because I don't take kindly to people (even people with 4 feet) I love being hurt. :twisted:

Driver? DWI. No license. No insurance. Had a warrant out on him for something. He went down to the hooskow as my Dad says. :lol:

What a mess. But you know, it's just a car, I have great insurance, my dog is fine, --this didn't happen to my soon-to-be-acquired Element baby!-- and life goes on! :D

Glad to hear that you and the pooch are okay! And on the bright side you'll probably get more cash out of the Trooper from the insurance company than you would from the dealership. Granted, now you have to make a claim, but that's what insurance is all about.

I'm glad you are Henry are alright.....stuff like that is so scary, but at least you have the piece of mind that you and your dog are 100% Okie Dokie and that that crazy S.O.B. is off the streets!

To stop to help out another driver who was hurt in a hit and run is to be highly commended. It's a helluva risk these days. Our Hellcat is one special lady.

Your Trooper has gone to a better place. (Moment of silence.) What a way to be rewarded for being a good person. We don't have understand how the universe work, we just have to trust.

Great to hear you weren't hurt. Maybe some good will come out of this. It's easier to make a good deal without a trade, after all. And at least this will get the nogoodnik off the road for a little while at least.
