Welcome!:D We know how you feel....
Also a welcome to BOXE!
Lake Erie? Ever been to Port Clinton?
Yeah,
I have only lived in Erie for 7 months... Never been this far east.
I am from the west, Wyoming, but moved here from South Dakota.
I was just in Pittsburg on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday of this week for meeting. Never had been there either. I picked up the Element the afternoon when I returned to Erie.
I can't wait to start doing some Kayaking!:D
Oh, by the way XM is great. My dealer had set mine up for me. I already have two other radio's on an XM account.
JPH102900 03-25-2006, 10:18 PM Where downtown were you?
Was some where in Robinson, near the airport at the Marriot.
JPH102900 03-25-2006, 10:24 PM Oh ok thats cool. Did you get to see the city at all though, you gotta take 279 in through the Fort Pitt Tunnel and see the skyline come out of nowwhere and then take the bridge across. IMO best skyline ever.
I didn't get a chance to see the city, or the skyline. I will get down there soon again. Probably when the weather gets better, and I am not locked into company schedule.
I had never been down there. Thank goodness GPS receiver and navigation software on my laptop. Got me in and out without a hitch!
JPH102900 03-25-2006, 10:31 PM Well, you should keep an eye on the pittsburgh thread I made in case we have any meets coming up.
P.S. SORRY OP FOR STEALING YOUR THREAD!!!:D
Great,
I will look that posting up and keep and eye on it.
There are many more E's on the road out here than out in WY, or SD.
My wife and I have been wanting an E for a couple of years now. We love it and like StevieSegel, love it more we drive it.
There, does that help get us back on track to the post?:)

From your avatar, I'd guess this isn't the only new addition you've had lately. Won't those scrubbable seats come in handy over the next few years!?! Enjoy your new E and WELCOME!
Welcome also to our new BLUE E in ERIE!
Say that three times fast.
Tess
Well, Rapid City, SD is where I moved here from, about 20 min. drive to Mount Rushmore and the same to the world famous town of Sturgis. I did get to the Sturgis Motorcycle Classic many many times during my residence in the Black Hills area. Do I own a Harley? Hey, I own an Element...Dare to be different! I own a 1100cc, 2000 Honda Shadow Areo, Black and Pearl Beige.
Come, (Erie PA) out this way to see more of the country, and why not take advantage of it when the company I am working for is paying for my move. My wife and I will make every opportunity to see as much as possible while we are living here.
Jeff
If I could say it three times fast, I would be afraid I might end up saying something I could get arrested for!
:)
