On the roof there are 2 sets of mounting holes for the roof rack, but then it looks like there is a cover for a 3rd set of mounting holes. Does anyone know what these are for?

Well, that was alot of help, but seriously, does anyone know if the luggage basket, ski rack, roof rack, cargo box, etc. all use the same mounting holes? Or is one of those shorter then the others, and is that why there is the 3rd set of mounts?

I think I remember taking a peek under there... I think there's just a bolt underneath the cover, probably holding on the clip for the rear doors.
