Heya, Trevor. Any chance HandA has a black license frame with a chrome H logo layin' around?

You think I'm feelin' lucky, eh? LOL

Actually, I got the original one I had on eBay. I've searched there tons since I first needed to replace it, even contacting the original seller and placing a Want It Now ad ('cause, ya know, I want it now...lol). So far, not so good!

Have you tried your local Honda dealerships? They carry merchandise with the H.:)

Yep, was just there yesterday. Everything they had was chrome or gold-plated, which just looks tacky on an E in my opinion. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

Darn--I hate it when I can't find something I WANT! I suppose you could go to the extra work of painting one---or is there a way to get a black frame and put a Honda "H" on it?:?

It is incredibly frustrating! For reasons I can't go into right now, I had to have some body work done and lost most of my rear-end decals. I've been able to replace everything else except this seemingly simple, tasteful license frame. Who'd a thunk it'd be easier to find a Japanese OEM Eagle emblem than such a simple license frame?

Sure, I can find plenty o' gaudy gold chain and barbed wire, but not this. Guess I should just start liking bling!

Hey Markus,

At www.egiftcreator.com you can custom make plate holders. They have a Black and you can get "Honda" put on it. Probably not exactly what you wanted, but we're getting closer! ($16.99)

This seems like one of those things that you'll find the moment you stop looking. You'll be wandering through Target or Wally World one day and happen across it. It seems like you've looked everywhere, but have you tried, Autozone, Penske, NTB, Pep Boys, type of places? Sorry, i know what it's like to want, it could be worse though, you could be driving ...a Chevy. Noooooooooo......!

I most certainly could not be driving a Chevy! I think if things got that bad, I'd ride the train. :D

Thanks for the suggestion, Ethos. I tend to overlook places like that, though I know I shouldn't. I'll give 'em a try this week.

My frustration is doubled because I've already owned one of these, so I know they exist. If some f*cktard hadn't bent the bejeezus out of mine, I'd still have it (instead, Seattle Police has it to run for fingerprints, but I digress). Grrr...stoopid f*cktards!

Was there an accident or did your E get vandalized?

Vandalized in a nasty little incident of parking garage rage. Were there not an ongoing police investigation, I'd go into more detail...and share photos. I will eventually, when there's no potential for jeopardizing whatever legal proceedings may arise.
