Read the Sticky Thread (http://www.elementownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7310)at the top of the Mobile Electronics section you posted this in.
Tho the pictures of the install are gone, the last post mentions using Radio Shack connectors to make it work.

The subwoofer is on its own plug, not the main one. It's an 8 pin plug although there are only three wires on it. They'll need to cut off the Honda plug as there is no adapter made and solder on an RCA plug. As Empire said, have them use the color codes in eMass' wiring diagram.
The shop also should check absolute phase on the subwoofer, too. Your deck may have a phase switch. If not, they can swap the wires. They should know how to do this.

You're welcome. If they get really confused, have them email me at ggergm@aol.com. I'll warn you - I only check my email maybe twice a day so it might be a short while for me to get back to them.
I also should have been clearer on one thing. If they need to swap absolute phase for your sub, it is the red/blue and red/white wires they want to swap. Both are signal wires. Neither are shield. If they really want to do it right, the third wire on the plug, the pink/black wire, is the shield and they can solder it into the RCA plug, too. Since eMass didn't show it in his wiring diagram, years of Element owners have been hooking up their sub wire without a shield and everything has been OK. Nobody has complained about hum. The real world overcomes the theoretical norm once again. :D
