I just got off the phone with the hotel to get an update on the room count. So far we have over 50 people registered for the event and only 5, yes FIVE rooms are booked! Everyone, please... please book your hotel room NOW! We turn over the block of rooms back to the hotel on June 13 so if you don't get your room reserved by then we can't guarantee the room rates.

I think the hotel is wrong or something is wrong with the system. I know of at least 4 other people who are reserved.

Come to think of it, I called them, and made sure we booked a king. I wanted a suite, but they don't have any, so we had to settle for the king. But I made sure and asked for the EOC special....

We just registered today and booked our room. All I have to say is "Road Trip"

Just got off the phone with my Hotel contact. She explained what the problem was. The website was coded improperly. Everyone that registered on the website wasn't included in the Group. The site has been fixed and everyone was manually entered into the Group. We have over 24 people with booked hotel rooms. :)
