Well, two members of the EOC got together in Indy.
Dom.Five and Chosen4service met on Indy's north side the day after the greatest spectacle in racing, The Indianapolis 500. Having had so many things going on during the weekend, Dom and Chosen hooked up to admire each other’s Elements. I told Dom that I really liked the Atomic Blue of his Element since I'm a big Colts fan. Anyway, I thought I'd post some pics of our meeting and of Dom. He shot some as well and will post them at a later date.
Oh yea, Dom and I spotted another Element (SOP) parking in the Perkins Restaurant where we met. Since we couldn't get in due to the crowd we parked in the Circuit City Electronics lot and talked for an hour. Dom and I stuck up Element after they parked with the EOC tags Dom had on hand. Anyway, it was good meeting another EOC member; my first and I look forward to other meetings as I travel around Indy and other states.

I thought I post some pics of Dom.Five and our Elements together along with the SOP that got stuck up. Dom, it was nice meeting you and we'll have a game plan to have dinner, the race and hang out next year at Indy. Maybe we'll get more Element owners to jump on board.

Is that red E a factory color?:???: I don't like painted E's so never looked at any but I like the dark red.....

Straight from factory as it can be from East Liberty, Ohio. It's called Tango Red Pearl EX-P. I've had it since January when I traded in my SMM '03 Element and I've yet to see another one on the road here in Indy. I've seen NBP, Kiwi and Tangerine but not the TRP, as of yet. It's OK. I thought it was darker when I first looked at it on a cloudy day and took it off the lot. It wasn't until some time later I realized how red it was but it's grown on me. The pearl in the paint really brings it how and makes it change colors or hues depending on the light. It is a deep, rich color though. Dom.Five will be posting some more soon.

I'll be home some time today. I will have a bunch of Photo's to post.

Thanks to Chozen, Man we have got to get it put together for next year! We get along way too well, to let it drop.

Hay I thought you were going to post some Photos of your Wife's new car. I want to see it.

OK Dom, you asked for it and here they are, pics of the new Civic we just got a few weeks ago and my squad car. I just took it in and had the windows tinted at that place I told you about when you were in town, WaxWerks. They gave me a good deal on the squad car. $129 to tint it. I started to take the Civic in and have it done instead of the Crown Vic since my wife left for Dallas on Wednesday. Man I was there the next morning getting it done. Bottomline I knew she wants something done different and maybe illegal so I'm going to let her pour her own poison. Anyway, I attended my son's graduation from HS this morning and came back home, cut the grass, planted tomatos, peppers and chili's and thought since I'm here all alone, I'd shoot some pics so you could see how we roll. Enjoy!

A few more shots. I'll probably take the Civic in to get it tinted in the next couple of weeks. Not sure if we're going to drive it to Orlando, FL in July but if we do, we have to have some tint.

Thank You !

I wanted to see that car. After the story of how you came by it, I just had to see it!

The Squad looks good too ! In this State they don't let the Troopers Do Mods to the cars.

Thanks Dom! Our department didn't allow tinting either unless you were brass, K-9, or some other specialty. Figures that the ones who are on the road the most who need weren't allowed. I wrote an email about a month and a half ago on how you couldnt' see the laptop screen during the day because of the sun and how you almost get 3rd degree burns getting in from sitting and touch something made of meter, like the shotgun rack that was running along the front of the back seat, it's now mounted up on the inside roof. Anyway, I put all the benefits and they approved it at out own espense. I'll have this car until I pull the plug. Maybe next week or maybe in a couple of years. Lord only knows but I have my time in now and can go but the car only has 19K on it so as long as I have it I might as well make it comfortable. I just put a couple of coats of polish on the Civic last night and I may take it in this Friday and get it tinted. We'll see. Take car bro and stay in touch.

PEace!

Thanks for the great pics, chozn! And I can't wait to see Dom's, too.

The last time I was at an Indy 500 was when Danica was, um, driving gocarts.

They're coming to Richmond in just over 2 weeks for the SunTrust Indy Challenge (6/24, Sat. night).
