Okay I have never had "vanity" plates before....but there is just something about the E that dares you to do things a bit differently than you have ever done before!

So obviously my 1st choice was "PENGWN" (MO only has letters on their vanity plates), but I didn't get my first choice :( :cry: :( :cry:

So I ended up with my 2nd Choice "Pivo 2".....for those of you up on czech or beer you know that "Pivo" is czech for Beer!!!! But the real signifigance behind this is that Pivo was the very first penguin in our penguin collection....Pivo was actually given to my husband while he was in College, years before he even met me!

And ever since we met and started dating Grant and I have been collecting penguins....and now we have about 100, and all of the stuffed ones are named, and as if that wasn't bad enough they all have Beer related names....I know we need help!

So I am going today to pick up my "Pivo 2" plates, while Grant waits to see if he gets "Pivo 1". Now people will look at my E a little be more puzzled, because as they try to figure what the hect an E is anyway, now they will have to try to figure out what "Pivo" means!!!

In Ontario we can have up to seven digits, so... P-3-F-O-Y-F-N
I never even thought about vanity plates until now!

I'm gonna have to wait a loooonnnggg time for mine. once I get the regular plates, i have to send them back so they can send me disabled person's plates. that could be months and months. :(

The other night at Blockbuster someone got the plates!

While walking towards our E, the people parked next to us yelled "Are you Czech?" Kinda cool :wink:

And Grant picked up his Pivo 1 plates on Monday....maybe they will transfer to his very own '04 E.....or civic or accord....whatever he decides :roll:
